At Custom Creations by Adrieanne, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most clothing items within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging are intact.
  • The item is not marked as “Final Sale” or Any Custom Designs”.
  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments, swimwear, or bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
